Colloqui AI started with a clear goal: to give Australian businesses better access to AI voice agent technology. We noticed that most solutions came from overseas with slow response times, limited local support, and little regard for how Australian data should be handled.

We knew we could do better.

Patrick McGuinness and Tim Clark, both with decades in the telecommunications industry, started Colloqui AI. Patrick has worked with global brands like Mitel and Samsung and spent years listening to what customers want, along with developing custom telco and billing software. Tim owns and operates ConnectTel, a long-standing Australian telco providing business and wholesale telco solutions.

We realised that businesses and partners needed more than just another AI platform. They wanted something truly Australian, built here, run by locals, and supported by a team that actually cares about getting results for customers.
